UHV Technologies Inc., after completing final testing and inspection has shipped the Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) - 1000 sytem to Vancouver, BC. Upon arrival Scientists at TRIUMF, Canada's National Laboratory for Particle and Nuclear Physics, will begin manufacturing new long lasting diamond like carbon foils. The new foils will have the qualities of extreme hardness, optical transparency, checmical inertness, and high-wear resistance.
